Hey! Please read through and understand the whole scope of this grant as I am not asking for money to just stream dcl content.
making helpimstreaming a household name does not help dcl imo. You are offering to do what several others do for free everyday

in the simplest terms you are planning on streaming, hosting giveaways, and hosting events correct? In my opinion lots of people do this for free to the same effect.
Sure and so do I, Itâs about the scale of things. I have shown my worth and commitment and will continue to do so. This allows full time dedication with a fun interactive event almost every day for the players/future players while nothing being outsourced. This isnât a grant for me to stream whatever and just host a gig. This is for and growth of the active interactive community.
Its also for event hosting did you read the proposal?
A bit much what you ask how long will you continue to do this if I may ask? because if its 12 months as you mentioned its too much at once, I advice you to try to divide in 4 quarters so you dont take 60% but still the same amount.
10k per quarter and you have my vote.
I understand why this is a reasonable thing to ask but for me to be full time here I have to drop what I am doing outside of dcl for me to give 100%. This involves dropping other areas in my life which I have built up. Its a risk I cannot take for the short term but itâs a risk I can take for a year +. Hope you understand my reasoning. This is not something I wouldnât suggest to the dao off the cuff, this is something i have spent months considering.

Too much money and not enough content growth experience.
IMO stream channels only start to grow once they hit ~100-200 concurrent viewers, even then, funding this would be more to the benefit of the streamer itself than that of DCL.
There are many streamers in this space who stream DCL content often, I donât think any of us are big enough to receive a grant for more than $1,000-$2,000 to try things out.

Yes but putting in your proposal that you are seperating it quarters will give actually no one a reason too vote no and even more reasons to vote yes or try to do a test month for instance with a one time grant so the community can see whether its worth it or not. its also good for yourself to measure whether you want to drop everything for this or not 
My two years here and especially the past short amount of time focusing on growing Golfcraft with interactive community events has shown me (and them) that itâs worth it and it is what I want. This isnât to âtry things outâ this is a way to increase user retention and growth with interactive dependable fun which is already backed by land metrics from already trying things out. That was my test.
My main want is the growth of dcl and one way to get that is what Iâve proposed.
First of all, thank you for cancelling/stopping the first grant in the realization of the scope of what you wanted to achieve. 2nd, because I have heard that other platforms work with Youtubers to promote their brand and vice versa and that Youtube is a huge outlet and the best option for such advertising I am willing to provide this opportunity with the hopes that it is successful. Would love for the Foundation to incorporate a âReferral Codeâ option at log in that would help track the traffic. I do see your Xwitter posts quite often as well. I do also wish you could break it down to a 6 month type thing or less but guess i can understand. We seem to miss a lot of the opportunities that I think should have been at least tried and at low risk but I wish you the best. Please keep at it.

Yeah you have been here for a fricking long time you deserve this chance just voted yes.
Nothing beats playing socially with interactive, dynamic and routine events. Lands can be involved as much or as little as they want. My vision is to create a wheel of content and negate boredom. This is improving the social aspect of the platform.
Social connection, routine and fun are the driving factors of user retention.
Imagine there being another âbull runâ and we fumble it again because of a lack of interactive, routine events for players!
I have shown metrics that it works to retain users now I want to expand to the whole of dcl

Do you really think that being around for a certain amount of time entitles you to $40,000 of DAO funds?
What world are we living in that this is even remotely sensible. As a content creator myself why should I stick around and continue making content/building the future of DCL when the DAO wants to waste away what little funding we have on amateurs?
