Community Mobile Testing Program | News & Updates

Hi everyone!

We’re happy to share that we’re launching the Community Testing Program for the Mobile Client:sparkles:

This program gives us a clear, consistent way to test the Mobile Client together, understand what needs polish, and move forward with development based on real experience from active players.

Phase 1 begins in early January and includes 8 weekly in-world testing sessions.

This initiative is led by Rodrigo Paillet, Senior Product Manager, who oversees the development and testing direction.

I’ll also be available alongside Rodrigo for any questions or support User might need throughout the program.

Community Mobile Testing Program

We’ll be working with a small, closed group of 15–20 testers.

Each session includes:

  • A simple, focused testing mission :bullseye:
  • Time tested together in-world :globe_with_meridians:
  • Guided feedback forms :memo:
  • Space to share impressions on usability, performance, interaction, and navigation

Testers may be removed if they consistently miss sessions or don’t follow the guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

We’re focusing on insights around:

  • Bugs and unexpected behavior :lady_beetle:
  • Usability and interface flow
  • Performance across different devices :mobile_phone:
  • Navigation and interaction
  • Overall player experience :star:

You don’t need a technical background. Just honest, clear observations.

Rewards

Testers can earn up to 250$ and will receive an exclusive Emote.

How to Apply

Update: Recruitment is now closed.

Once the selection is final, we’ll send instructions to all chosen testers before the first session.

We’re excited to enter the next chapter of the Mobile Client together with the community :blue_heart:

If you have questions, feel free to post them below! We’ll keep everyone updated as we move forward.

Hi @ChronoT.AeonSmash!

Thanks so much for your interest :sparkles:

We’ll finalize the exact session times once we review everyone’s availability, so they fit as many testers as possible. In the application form, on page 3, you can select your preferred session time from these options:

Option 1:
• 9 PM EUROPE (UTC+1)
• 5 PM ARGENTINA (UTC-3)
• 12 PM PST-USA (UTC-8)

Option 2:
• 8 PM EUROPE (UTC+1)
• 4 PM ARGENTINA (UTC-3)
• 11 AM PST-USA (UTC-8)

Option 3:
• 7 PM EUROPE (UTC+1)
• 3 PM ARGENTINA (UTC-3)
• 10 AM PST-USA (UTC-8)

So if one of these works with your day job, you should be all set.
Feel free to fill out the form and let me know if you have any other questions!

Hi @toxicwaifu , great to see the mobile client on the way.
Is it in-browser, or do we need to install the client?
If we need to install it, how much free space is required?

HI Seba ! This is Rod (Product Manager at Regenesis)

You’ll need to install the native apps for Android / iOS (iOS only in Testflight for now).

Required Space: 1GB approximately. 300 mb is the initial client download, and then 700mb+ for scene caches, which will vary according to what scenes you usually visit.
