Governance Operations
- As usual, kept constant track of proposals and their possible impacts and collaterals for the community, the treasury, and the Governance system as a whole. Continued updating the “Legislative Tracker”.
- Coordinated and promoted the submission of an [IMPLEMENTATION] proposal to cover some gray areas that needed to be clarified before implementing the grants freeze.

Moderation
February remained as an overall quiet month with no major conflicts happening within Discord channels or Forum threads . Nonetheless, several alt accounts had to be banned due to the insistance of already banned users on trying to generate conflict with fake accounts, to which the ban was direct based on CoE.

Cybersecurity
The #cybersecurity-awareness channel has been actively updating the community about various cyber and social engineering attacks with most recently a scam attempt by leveraging Decentraland’s four year birthday to email to Decentraland users.
One community member, InJesterr, created a video on how to use Gnosis and this is also shared in the #cybersecurity-awareness channel.
Strategic Comms
This month we’ve focused on getting things organized out the C3 Pilot program. This program has been in it’s pilot phase for the past 2 months and more details on that will be shared this coming month. Scheduling upcoming BxB for next and various events for the upcoming Decentraland Art Week with Bay Backner. Attended Social Media Marketing World and working on a Brick by Brick overview on some of the learnings there. Researching and networking with other DAOs and projects at EthDenver.

Next steps
GENERAL
- Following the progression of the DAO’s virtual Headquarters building and the leasing agreement with Foundation for the 10x10 plot in Genesis City.
- Initiated the process for transferring moderation responsibilities to another team or group of individuals by the end of this grant term.
- Continue with the development of the “Facilitation Squad” landing page.
- Start to work and design the 3° Community Pulse Survey.
OPS: Our main focus will be on continuing to work with DAO-Foundation Synergy follow-ups (transparency, better communication, technical liaison, etc). Will also continue to focus on working group facilitation and the possibility of revamping the whole governance system, maintaining the Legislative Tracker, hosting onboarding sessions, facilitating the 5th RFI round, and populating and improving the “Facilitation Corner” workspace with new content.
MODERATION: Cotinue to coordinate the process for moderation handover.
COMMS: Next month, we’ll prioritize on finishing up the build out for C3 pilot program and building out more community engaging events and content. Hosting another 2 or more Brick by Brick and continue to feature grantee and community updates/events/WIPs to get the word out about their projects. Main focus will continue to be posting content across all social.
