Today, we had our Monthly Meeting with Anna, James, George, from The Metaverse Motorshow Race Track 2024, and I’m pleased to report that the project is on track. They demonstrated progress and we reviewed their GovApp Update and Public Roadmap evidence. They showcased the race loops, environment designs, decorative accents, and the interior of the cars. This project will be open source.

The team finalized the dates for the main event in March as planned, scheduled for three days of competition from March 14th to 17th. In our onboarding discussions, we agreed to extend the vesting contract to accommodate this, but unfortunately, the DAO Committee hasn’t addressed this yet. Nonetheless, given the grantees’ excellent progress and commitment, we’ve decided that hosting the event in March is acceptable.

We will close the project at the beginning of April and request the metrics. GSS will also request metrics three months after the project is completed. The team has devised a marketing plan for the release event, and we’ll be coordinating with Fractilians to assist with DAO social media outreach.

Additionally, we’re gearing up for their testing session on February 27th. They anticipate reaching an advanced stage of the project by then, and we aim to have extensive testing with a wide audience. They will also be creating Wearables for promotions and marketing, which will be open source.
They will be at TownHall this week. In the next meeting we will talk about documentation and the events detail. Thanks

Today, we have our Monthly Meeting with James, Anna, Ersin, and George from Motorshow Racecar. The project is On Track as they prepare for the launch event on the 14th. All development and design tasks are completed except for the Documentation, which is well advanced but will be finalized after the event.

We’ve scheduled a check-in for the last week of March to finalize the grant, including the End Report and Event metrics. Additionally, we’ve agreed that GSS will request metrics three and six months later.

The game is open-source and ready to be forked at the DAO Github. GSS will ensure that all content is available and usable by experts.
