The idea is simple a multi channel Tv displayed in Genesis plaza. We add another screen to the top of Genesis plaza. Reutilize the screens downstairs around the bar and stage area. then instead of displaying the same video all of the time. We create channels. Channels users can scan thru with different topics. Such as “Creator channel” to learn. Displaying Youtube videos from Decentralands Youtube channel. “Previous events channel” where we highlight past events. Of course a upcoming “events/features channel” and so on. We could even maybe rent channel space out to users as advertisement space.
But one of the most useful Feature of this “Genesis TV” in my opinion. Would be the security channels. I propose we put 6 camera channels. One that displays the entire top level of Genesis Hub. One that displays the entire bottom level of Genesis Hub. & 4 aiming out from around the main hub. This way when I’m down at the bar I can see who shows up top. And if someone is downstairs we can see them from the top. Not only could it be useful its just fun lurking on each other. I think this would be a really cool feature. And hope it get considered. 
Not sure who would do the actual work but maybe you guys do.

Oh we could make it even better. By allowing users to take control of these cameras and aim them all around. You guys can do that right?

I think it is a good idea, it will make the plaza more alive. especially having a “decentraland tv” displaying content 24/7;
Having a Genesis Camera and running 24h on Twitch can also be a thing.
