[DAO: QmU2VkB] Need an approval for hair wearable

Hello,

I made this hair wearable and used the name “Goku”. I wasn’t expecting the name could have some intellectual property infringement, because I thought names cannot be copyrighted (like “alex”, “Paul” etc.) as well as classic hairstyle. Please vote yes and help me bring my first wearable to Decentraland.

Unfortunately it is not possible to change the collection name once it is submitted.
However, since I put a lot of work into my very first wearable I am willing to resubmit it with a different name. This vote is just to make sure, if my wearable would be approved in case of resubmitting.

Here is the initial wearable submission:

  • Approval
  • Approval, if submitted with a new name
  • Disapproval
  • Invalid question/options

I admire your honesty and willingness to make this work to get the hairstyle approved. As a brand licensing professional, it’s obvious that your wearable is inspired by DBZ Super Sayian form hairstyle (Toei / Funimation in US for consumer products). You also are correct - hairstyles cannot be trademarked but when you couple it with your description, it does teter on infringement. I wish you luck in your approval with a new name change and keep up the great work!
