Hang on, I am confused here. This is a feature request therefore does not need to go to DAO or at least this is what you said last time.

Why are you misleading the community with false information?
We all know who paused/cancelled this proposal from the beginning. No point after this time trying to blame it on a lame website update issue.

Mmm I tried voting that day and several days after that as well but it never gave me the option to, only the first few votes registered.
Just as an additional note, this was a message from a user who text me at the time regarding this proposal.
‘Very strange, for some reason this proposal is not loading the results or voting ability for me, nor is it loading my VP from my other accounts.’
Note, the start and end dates of this proposal differ to the screenshot above. Maybe, as a result of the website migration?
Date are displayed in local time, so I would guess just different timezone.
The proposals are stored on IPFS via Snapshot, not actually by the Governance website, so a migration of the Governance website would not cause the proposal date to change
