Nothing to do with this prop - I’m curious on how you got to this or how was survey ran? Was it before or after submissions were lowered and pegged to USD value ?
I can definitely say I sold enough to cover and make profits on total submissions but may have additional factors involved.

@DOCTORdripp I feel like a lot of people came in here with genuine intentions to support Exodus and stay objective, focusing on the actual proposal, despite the history or former opinions. I don’t get why the “supporters” insist on turning the conversation sideways. Saying this is a bummer is for real. Really appreciate your part in this thread though as you’ve voiced a lot of good points on both sides.

I really believe in the proposal , and wanted to reach out to the porn wallet to see if there would be any way they would reconsider their vote. but after looking at this comment board I think I’m going to take a step back from that idea…
I voted yes on this proposal because @JTV and his team have put in the work and have been here everyday building, and bringing value to Decentraland. A lot was said on this thread, I feel like if we took the same energy that was dumped in this disappointing thread and put it towards cheering and advocating for a hard working community member this Proposal would pass.

Foremost, I want to thank the more than 200 entities that have voted YES on our proposal. It truly does mean a lot to see the positive support.
Next, I personally have nothing against Jar0d or anyone within DCL. It has been really exciting to see him take an objective look at Exodus and support us. Thank you for that!
I can agree tensions are running high on both sides and it is hard to find a moment to come to a point to accurately and intentionally listen to each other. I believe JTV has done a lot to promote DCL and has been very net positive for it. I do also believe that he has had critical views of DCL too, in part because he IS so passionate about the platform.
I feel if we do take a look at the similar passed proposals and our current one, we can agree that we are not asking for anything more than others. Taking a look at our original proposal, Exodus: Goodbye World Development 7/22, you can see that we have more or less accomplished what we have set out to do. There has been some slippage due to complexity, time, and wherewithal.
Some of the concerns I feel I see can be directly related and remedied by a passed proposal. Since we are all doing this in our spare time, a grant can allow some of us to devote a greater concerted effort to advancing the project without as heavy life consequences. A direct example would be allowing one of our very talented full-time student coders to work on the project instead of juggling around a part-time job for a moment.
Exodus is much more than just JTV, and I hope you’ll allow us the opportunity to help DCL and us advance and thrive.

@Maserphaz Thank you for taking the time to provide some more context on the team’s situation.
In my personal opinion, having context to the issues the team is facing like this in addition to a more detailed budget that reflects where funds are going to remedy these issues is what is missing for me to be comfortable agreeing with the DAO helping to fund a project. To me, it’s important to know what the plan is for the funds, and why. I wish there was more of this information and transparency from the beginning, and maybe we could have saved some thread length 
While I have been to the Exodus game on several occasions and do see the promise, honestly I’ve never tuned into JTV steams because of all the controversy that seems to be around them. So I think a lot of assumptions are made that the community knows all the history, and is in tune with what JTV is doing, when that’s not always the case- some just have questions and it’s a bummer they can’t be asked without things turning into such a mess.

I agree with @Mimsy. Controversy aside the budget is vague. Understood that exact numbers can’t be provided right now but an anticipated budget should not be impossible. Things can change and in the updates, a report of actual expenses can be uploaded. Its important that we are able to compare how the money was intended to be used and how it was actually spent. It will help us better evaluate the success or effectiveness of the proposal. This is something that we should require of all grantees.

To be honest i went to see and no improvement on the graphics… didn’t had the chance to try and play again DCL wasn’t loading.I assume the game play didn’t change at all just new skills.I just don’t feel this game. I tried soul magic and had lots of fun for 15 mins and i recommended trying that game. My vote is still No. DCL don’t need another RPG. I think DCL is due for sports games.

. We are currently redoing our ui and ux. We value graphics but also features and plan to improve graphics over time as it is an easy switch code wise.

It’s unfortunate you were unable to experience Exodus due to Decentraland having loading issues for you. It’s continuing to be improved everyday. It would only be fair to play before condemning the enjoyment and potential of a game. While good graphics are important, we strive toward playability and user experience and we believe that is very crucial. I agree there should be more sports games available on the platform, although multiplayer sports like American football or soccer may not be feasible at this time due to potential issues with lag. Please refer to the images provided for visuals on design development.

Im happy to see this proposal, it was in the end all I needed personally to be able to support it an amount that made sense and a proporsal that was properly drafted. I personally dont enjoy the game nor am a big Fan of JTV but I will support this proposal because I believe his project brings value to DCL. I hope you keep up the good work man, big shout out to you and your team for your consistent effort.

I do still value JTV community and respect all the work your team is putting into the game and yes my vote can also be a Yes considering all the work you and your team is putting into the game.
Never really got the chance to really get to know you guys since you don’t really hang at the place i usually hang out
This is why it’s hard for me to give a yes base on the fact i can only evaluate what i see and what i play but if people in DCL know you and believe you can deliver a good gaming experience and bring more value member to the community a vote yes is fine
