No, A point of interest should be one that has earned that spot through established community interaction. Throw some parties, have the events and then request a POI.
While there have been numerous Beattrekkers events thrown last year, I think you need to be a little more clear on this. What exactly is the purpose to making this a POI? What will this point of interest be about, if it’s just to be a point on the map then, no. Needs to have a significant reason for being added.
your proposal says you are still planning to build here. Imo you should build before applying for a POI so we can see the venue and have a fair base to judge it on. Otherwise people will be going to an empty POI untill your build is ready and it seems to me that you have more than 50 parcels to build on which is a huge task on its own and may cause this POI to be empty for a long time
Most users find it best practice not to ask people to click links in proposals no matter how small, as they could be malicious. Would you mind just telling me here on the forum why you’re applying for a POI star when you haven’t even deployed a scene to your land yet? It looks like other people have the same question, and addressing it here will probably help others understand your vision (without asking them to click a link). Thank you.
@Canessa I think Beattrekker did a proposal for a grant for a tournament thing with DJs where they wanted to build something on that land and they are probably requesting a pre poi beforehand.
Here is the snapshot link I just clicked on for everyone, it wasn’t malicious.
Voted No, to my understanding BeatTrekker is going to be a DJ event hosted at community venues all around the Decentraland, do not see a need for a Beattrekker POI if the event will just be hosted on other peoples venues. MetaTrekkers already has a POI on -69,-139 you could change the name of the POI to Beattrekker
