Wearable is ok but size in MB is too big:
The maximum allowed size per pointer is 3 MB for wearable. You can upload up to 3145728 bytes but you tried to upload 3299978.
Female wearable is 1,91 mb while male is 928 kb
Is female using more texture resources? try compress textures with https://tinypng.com/
