I see some poll proposals that are meaningless for me, making important ones less visible, and that could fit better as a simple forum post.
How this could be avoided?
Voting proposal publishers?
Paying to publish a proposal?
Or do you think this is not a problem?
Paying to submit a proposal would probably help…
There are definitely too many proposals…
Some projects don’t charge for proposals but require a minimum amount of VP in order to create proposals (ie, 1000 VP to create a proposals). I think that would be nice to prevent outsiders spamming the polls, at least they should have some skin in the game…

10k mana in the bank to submit a proposal…
10K mana is way to high however. I think the baseline should be a purchased 100 MANA Name. That way its accessible, and shows buy-in / participation in the community. Also makes it so proposals are less anonymous and there is some accountability for them. But 10K you are excluding way to many people from the DAO process.

I think this is fast becoming a problem. I would first consider some more clear outlines on the DAO Snapshot asking, “Have you proposed this in the forum first?” “Have you read the roadmap?” to stop things like, asking about VR which we all know is on the roadmap. I don’t think every idea needs to be a proposal. That’s what this spot is for. It’s for governance props.

IMO You should not get preference for putting forward a proposal to the DAO based on having more MANA or not. Just because you are richer than someone does not give you more of a right to make a proposal to the DAO. It might give you greater voting power, which imo has its own issues (which may or may not be able to be mitigated), but that is a different conversation all together.

Right now we’re valuing all members equally even if they have no skin in the game… Also makes no sense…
