Wearables Curation Committee Member Nominations

We are really happy to announce that the Wearables Curation Committee is going to get bigger in the next weeks. It’s incredible how many awesome wearables are being submitted through the builder and populate the Decentraland metaverse with diverse and creative designs. But it’s also true that the growth on the amount of submissions took a toll on the time it takes for a collection to be reviewed by the committee. Because we heard the feedback from the community, the Committee approached some members of the community to interview them for the Curator role. After this, the Committee took the decision to nominate the following 3D artist for the role of curator:

After the interviews we are glad to announce that all of them accepted the nomination. The next step will be to raise a governance proposal to the DAO to formally nominate them and wait for the results of the proposal. If it’s successful, they will be joining in the next couple of weeks.

We truly believe that the curator’s economy and community are fundamental in the success of this awesome project so please feel free to provide us with any feedback you might have around the process and all your incredible ideas by using the forum or through the DAO Governance process.
