Do you guys see the need for a proper customer service portal for Decentraland. where complains/questions are entered through a website and distributed efficiently to the appropriate people.
As of now I think the two main places for people to ask questions/ send feedback is this forum and the discord server. however I feel that it is highly inefficient as it can be very unorganised and some questions could go unanswered.
I also believe that it is very important for something like Decentraland to have a proper website dedicated to answering the questions/complains of people as the whole ‘METAVERSE’ concept is still new to people and if we are to make Decentraland the greatest metaverse out there we need good interactions with the people.
So what do you guys think. does this idea have potential and would you guys find something like this helpful?
