How can I transfer my NFT land on decentraland to a smart contract

I have a land on decentraland metaverse I want to transfer this NFT to a smart contract that I will create. I want to give to some friends the right to use but not own it. It’s possible? How can I transfer my NFT from Mana decentraland smart contract to another smart contract and approve my friend’s address to use it? Thank you!
