For the moment, I don’t think you should be a POI. Not now, a museum around money is interesting, idem for Postal Card.
But why are you added a service to rent your museum or " help" international artists. Why do you create a second building Wich could be totally customize for your artist ?
I think you should be more clear of what you want to offer to artists and Decentralnd citizen.
You could even buy building ready to use from @metazone.
For these reason I vote against this proposal. I think.you should have 2 Poi, one for museum and one for gallery you plan.
