[DAO: QmXCJvE] Add a UTC clock on Decentraland world?

For events, for different settings, because we all come from a different country,

and all the time we have to look to convert our time to UTC, why shouldn’t we

have a clock, on Decentraland, the same as UTC time?

Vote “YES” for get a nice UTC clock on Decentraland
