If there was a marketplace in DCL that sold scenes/builds for LAND, I believe Land owners would benefit & find these assets very attractive. More builders & virtual architects would be able to create a stream of income for themselves and bring value to the marketplace.

Third party apps like metazone.io are doing this, working very closely with DCL. I think this is a good aspect of DCL to continue to subcontract out.
