Other players will be effected by surrounding BGM Wearables, correct?

For Instance, say I’m hosting a Film Premier. Maybe its for the Public, Maybe its has a paywall… either way… I rather not have wearables sounding off during the premier, for everyone’s sake.

Are these scenarios invalid someway?
