  1. We can add RENT option to the marketplace with no colletral
  2. The features are, sending message to the landowner/wearable holder,
  3. If landowner/wearable holder allows; hirer of the land/wearable can buy anytime the land/wearable.
  4. They can make digital blockchain contract for hire for land/wearable
  5. When digital blockchain contract ended hirer can copy his world.
  6. If landowner/wearable holder allows; hirer can rent on hire second time.
    7.And for wearables the 1,2,3,4 sentences are same for wearables

I agree, this will also help inactive land owners a reason to come back to the market and use this option.

So we will see more land in use & they will be happy.
