This could solve a very specific issue of too easily met VP thresholds. Having a more representative voting system would better solve problems of imbalance. Quadratic voting, Decentralized ID, Soul Bound Tokens, Proof of Humanity. Give people a way to earn VP through other means of contributing value to the platform.
