Should the scene located at -67,-114 be removed from the Point of Interest list?

I’m just putting it up because I said i’d put everything up, but I’m voting no
In an effort to make a non-emotional assessment of all POI’s I’ll be voting with the following criteria. I know many friends have worked hard to get their POI, and I don’t want anyone to feel hurt by changes to this system. However, it is time to create a new way of finding locations. If a person needs help to upgrade scenes to SDK7 please reach out, there are of people who would be willing to help you!
Criteria:
Is the scene functional? (Screens, elevators, and links working) The door opens when you get close, nothing else is interactive.
Does it require a specific event to be utilized, or can it be interacted with 24/7 (an evergreen scene) Franky used to host karaoke events.
If the scene requires a scheduled event, was the last event hosted in a timely manner? I believe the last event was in 2023.
Does the scene hold valuable historical significance? YES, this venue was really fun back in 2021-2023. It was one of the first venues in DCL, and I think it should have a historical POI if/when we can develop a new system. I would love for this scene to get support to upgrade to SDK7 if Franky still is interested.
I feel a proper communication alert to the land owner should be notified of this removal pending against them giving them a chance to redeem or save their poi. If failure to respond and voting passes removal of poi shall be active for removal. Social media outreach, email, or any form of notification should be alerting them before removal of poi. Historical POi would be amazing and i voted no because of its dcl historical background. Inactivity shouldnt define the interest of historical background or visual expirence.

I’m pretty upset that the Tavern’s POI was removed and I wasn’t contacted about this in advance. For what it is worth, I updated the tavern to SDK7 something like a year ago, and everything is functional. Taps, beers, doors, flying game above the bar after you click on the arcade game … everything. I know because it took months to get everything updated and working.
Sure the last event may have been in 2023, but I still drop into DCL regularly, and have been building a project at http://mugclub.wtf since that, that will tie back into the DCL location. That is the link you see at the bottom right corner of your screen shot, which maybe you didn’t click out to.
I work full time in web3. That is my day job, and has been my priority for the last year since I was out of work for some time and moved across the country. I have been working on Mug Club on Base in the time since, and did have plans to continue building the Tavern and putting on more events.
Ultimately it is what it is I guess. DCL continues to erase it’s own legacy in real time.
Zero notification. This DAO is a joke.
