Should the scene located at -104,-95 be removed from the Point of Interest list?

Psyriiis and Mattimus are some of the nicest people and used to hold regular events here.
In an effort to make a non-emotional assessment of all POI’s I’ll be voting with the following criteria. I know many friends have worked hard to get their POI, and I don’t want anyone to feel hurt by changes to this system. However, it is time to create a new way of finding locations. If a person needs help to upgrade scenes to SDK7 please reach out, there are of people who would be willing to help you!
Criteria:
Is the scene functional? (Screens, elevators, and links working) Yes, teleports take you to each floor. Hitting the “4” key lets your avatar create smoke.
Does it require a specific event to be utilized, or can it be interacted with 24/7 (an evergreen scene) Live music was played here in the past. It is best experienced with music, but right now you can still appreciate the art, create avatar smoke, click an interactive egg. Seed was an IRL art gallery in NYC, and so this venue is both a music venue and art gallery.
If the scene requires a scheduled event, was the last event hosted in a timely manner? There is an Easter Egg here from two weeks ago, so Mattimus and Psyriiis are still active in the community. I would love to see a return of music to Seed.
Does the scene hold valuable historical significance? Seed was very active in 2022-2024
I feel a proper communication alert to the land owner should be notified of this removal pending against them giving them a chance to redeem or save their poi. If failure to respond and voting passes removal of poi shall be active for removal. Social media outreach, email, or any form of notification should be alerting them before removal of poi. Alert Seed and mattimus for response of this poi removal should be undergoing before it goes unnoticed by them or unaware of this at all.
Remove the location -104,-95 from the Points of Interest
