Should the scene located at 96,99 be removed from the Point of Interest list?

I’m just going to put up every POI for a revote. Some have merit, and many do not, and I don’t want my bias to impact who is put up.
In an effort to make a non-emotional assessment of all POI’s I’ll be voting with the following criteria. I know many friends have worked hard to get their POI, and I don’t want anyone to feel hurt by changes to this system. However, it is time to create a new way of finding locations. If a person needs help to upgrade scenes to SDK7 please reach out, there are of people who would be willing to help you!
Criteria:
Is the scene functional? (Screens, elevators, and links working) Teleporting to the location on the map spawns you into a wall where you are stuck, and you need to teleport away from the scene to get out. Once you enter through an external scene, there’s no doorway visible to get inside. I reallllly would love to see this scene get support to convert to SDK7, as it was a staple in the early days of DCL.
Does it require a specific event to be utilized, or can it be interacted with 24/7 (an evergreen scene) It was a music venue in the past with live DJ’s.
If the scene requires a scheduled event, was the last event hosted in a timely manner? Unknown
Does the scene hold valuable historical significance? YES, this venue was formative to many of us. I think it should hold a historical POI if we can develop a new POI system.
Remove the location 96,99 from the Points of Interest
