Should the scene located at 111,-23 be removed from the Point of Interest list?

I’m just going to put up every POI for a revote. Some have merit, and many do not, and I don’t want my bias to impact who is put up.
In an effort to make a non-emotional assessment of all POI’s I’ll be voting with the following criteria. I know many friends have worked hard to get their POI, and I don’t want anyone to feel hurt by changes to this system. However, it is time to create a new way of finding locations. If a person needs help to upgrade scenes to SDK7 please reach out, there are of people who would be willing to help you!
Criteria:
Is the scene functional? (Screens, elevators, and links working) It is a visually pleasing scene, with blank screens I assume show DJ’s when an active event is occurring.
Does it require a specific event to be utilized, or can it be interacted with 24/7 (an evergreen scene) This scene is fun to run around, but needs a event such as a live DJ I believe.
If the scene requires a scheduled event, was the last event hosted in a timely manner? It is decorated with presents, so I believe a Christmas event may have been the last event hosted here.
Does the scene hold valuable historical significance? YES. MetaZoo was pivotal in developing DCL throughout the past. This is a very historically significant venue, and should be given a Historical POI once a new system is created.
Remove the location 111,-23 from the Points of Interest
