Should the scene located at 2,16 be removed from the Point of Interest list?

I’m just going to put up every POI for a revote. Some have merit, and many do not, and I don’t want my bias to impact who is put up.
In an effort to make a non-emotional assessment of all POI’s I’ll be voting with the following criteria. I know many friends have worked hard to get their POI, and I don’t want anyone to feel hurt by changes to this system. However, it is time to create a new way of finding locations. If a person needs help to upgrade scenes to SDK7 please reach out, there are of people who would be willing to help you!
Criteria:
Is the scene functional? (Screens, elevators, and links working) These scene seems functional, nothing appears broke to me.
Does it require a specific event to be utilized, or can it be interacted with 24/7 (an evergreen scene) It was a music venue in the past with live DJ’s.
If the scene requires a scheduled event, was the last event hosted in a timely manner? Unknown
Does the scene hold valuable historical significance? YES, MetaParty was very active in early DCL days. I would love to see this host regular events again.
I voted no as the parcel may not be active in events it shoould stand as a location of historical background. Proper notification of poi removal should be alerted to land owner.
