Introduction
SDK7 Unity Editor Toolkit - Milestone 4 Report
Highlights
Hello all
kourtin here. Hope everyone had a good year start and have their ideas in the oven as this is the final report for the tool that will empower creators and builders in Decentraland.
The Plan
Let’s begin with what we drafted as achievable for this final milestone
This phase is about QA, ensuring UX is smooth and creating and onboarding process for the tool to act as an independent Toolkit that can be shared through Unity packages.
Results
We reworked the whole UX, making it closer to what a toolkit looks like
Good to note that previous milestones were successfully reach and fulfilled according to the plan. This led us to a month dedicated to promoting in the DAO town halls, socials and among builders the tool we wanted to build for the community.

We are now too in the phase of promotion, looking forward to release a set of tutorials during the week that will help users, artists and developers to be onboarded on the tool and its behaviours.
During this week we are also pushing and making sure the docs match the version and showcase the utility of the tool.
Looking to the future of building in Decentraland
This tool doesn’t replace, doesn’t compete and is the perfect companion for any builder that wants to go in with a more detailed and accurate builder that is close to the game development pipeline or is looking to build its scene using the SDK7.
Conclusion
I can’t thank enough the community for this opportunity as this has been completely possible thanks to you, also I appreciate all the good words and support the people from the foundation
