Requirements:
Unique emote of ringing a bell
Ring the bell before Townhall and shout “hear ye hear ye townhall be soon”
Ferry people to Townhall
Pass the unique emote on if I become unable to continue the roll
Post content promoting Townhall on X before the event
0 pay only emote needs to be created and funded
This will help ferry people to the Townhalls in a unique and fun way, everyone can promote the townhall but there can only be one Townhall crier and as you have seen I cry alot.
Maybe a medieval village fool skin too but I don’t want to ask for too much as who the hell is going to make it and funds for this stuff are actually paused right now, right?
I was there when this debate was held at the DAO HQ during today’s Townhall, and even though this proposal sounds like a joke, I think it’s a brilliant idea that would bring a lot of fun to the users. Since @Helpimstreaming is also not asking for any payment, I believe it’s worth a try, and I support this idea.
No need for prop/invalid but “only emote needs to be created and funded” hence the proposal in the first place. So in the draft stage when “discussion about the proposal’s potential impacts and implementation pathways.” happens we can discuss if this is going to be made by a community member or am I just funding a unique emote for the dao townhalls myself. Hello, I appreciate your idea; however, I am unclear about your request to the DAO. You mentioned that only the emote needs to be created and funded. Could you please clarify who will be responsible for that?

In the draft process I will “Present a potential policy to the community in a structured format and formalize the discussion about the proposal’s potential impacts and implementation pathways” So the options I will explore there are someone from the community steps up to create or I myself find someone to pay and publish the emote as this type of funding is paused. Thanks!
So why have you wasted my time since you already know this type of funding is paused? Personally, I do take all proposals and requests seriously, but now this has been a waste of my time so why are you wasting my personal time to engage in your nonsense? No wonder people stop voting or caring.
Not all proposals need to drain the dao and ask for funding, this part of the voting process is for “Gathering community input”. Please if you don’t like something vote and move on. You are wasting your own time by commenting. In fact you wasted my time because I had to tell you exactly what I wrote before you commented.
