Allow Previous Voters to give 1-5 star ratings on previous grants they voted on as well as a written review on the person and results that was pitched on the grant.

Grantees would get 5 stars from their friends, and 1 star from people who dislike them. It would turn into a popularity contest.

The DAO Governance Squad are better judges of grantees performance against grant milestones. A better rating system would be based on milestones achieved, as determined by the DAO Governance Squad.

For example, if 4 milestones were set in the proposal, and grantee only achieved 3 of them, they get a 3.75 rating on a 0-5 scale (3/4 = 0.75, 0.75*5 = 3.75)

Open to some form of qualitative response when voting, but don’t think we need a structured star rating system or to incentivize a “written review on the person” who submitted the grant.

Every Grant has a dedicated channel opened in the DAO Discord. Anyone is welcome to go give ratings on the grants performance, and review of the grant through that medium.
