Introduction

This month’s work has primarily been bug fixing and creating guides/tutorials for the NFT Trading Card Game Framework. We’ve added documentation, held a public testing session, and fixed some bugs!

From this point we’re moving into support mode: we’ll be fixing any bugs users find, helping creators build with the framework, and filling out any gaps in the current documentation.

Highlights

Here’s a quick breakdown of what has been accomplished this month:

  • Created written documentation, accessible via the wiki page on the repository
  • Conducted testing session (was delayed due to music festival, so was hosted early this week on Wednesday)
  • Continued bug fixing & polish

Next steps

With the completion of the project, we’re going to be moving into support mode: we’ll be fixing any bugs users find, helping creators build with the framework, and filling out any gaps in the current documentation.

During the testing session some bugs were uncovered, most of which have been corrected! We also got some amazing feedback on the new player experience & some features that would cut down the work for creators when making their own games. We’ll be working on these as time permits (with a primary focus on bugs, then ease of use).

We also have video tutorials coming: currently they are still in the post-processing stage, but should be coming out soon! The plan is to release them on regular bi-weekly intervals in an attempt to gain more popularity through the algorithm on YoutTube (steady releases gets you served to more users).

From here I’ll be diverting time back to the other Community Modules that are still in SDK6 (TD, parkour, card game, etc) and bringing them up to spec.
