So sorry for the frustrating situation. At the moment due to the items being part of two collections I can’t test both items at the same time. So you’re saying when you’re wearing the ring and hat at the same time it shows head but individually it hides what’s needed?
Hat is category Hat and Hides:
Ring is category Upper_Body and Hides:
Can you share a screenshot of what it looks like together?
I’m wondering if maybe the hat is getting disabled somehow since it’s been added to the ‘hides’ category???

Not only at the same time, even if you wear it individually.
with the hat remove just the hair, the facial hair and the accessories
with the hat+ring
in this case is impossible to go beck in the previous avatar setting if you deselect the ring
I repeat, first days after the approval everything worked fine!
This is totally a true story when I check the hat, can you actually check your hidden list and remove hat from that list. I think what’s happening might be the hat is hiding itself which is in fact unhiding the hat. haha (just guessing and might be wrong)
If you can update that I’ll test again and let you know~
