No MANA swaps in April. MANA stayed below the budget break-even price of $0.26 ($0.0898 at snapshot). Our existing stablecoin reserves keep covering operational expenses, so no extra diversification was needed.

Two treasury movements this month:

  • 535,000 MANA sent to fund the contributor Long-Term Incentive Plan vesting contracts (verify on Safe).
  • 1,442,308 MANA deposited into the Operational Wallet to fund Grants Program Season 1 (verify on Safe).

The Season 1 review finished in April. We received 29 valid proposals for a total of $342,300 requested across content and tech categories. The proposals were reviewed with help from AI powered evaluator agents and an improved oracle agent that now cross-references public forum threads and conversations for more context.

After the review, 7 projects reached the bar for funding, around $32K out of the up to $55K Season 1 pool. All the selected projects are mobile-first. One project later withdrew before funding. Kickoffs started on May 1, and payments are processed through Request Finance in MANA, funded by the 1,442,308 MANA moved into the Operational Wallet this month.

:balance_scale: Legal & Compliance

  • Q1 2026 Audit completed by our external auditor, with 2 minor findings and no material issues. The full report will be published together with the Q1 transparency report.
  • Data Processing Agreement (DPA) between the Decentraland Foundation and RGL in progress. It was triggered by the Firebase SDK implementation for campaign tracking. It is under review with the Foundationโ€™s legal team, and we are targeting an early-May close, retroactive to the mobile launch.
  • Privacy Policy and Terms of Use updated on decentraland.org/terms, coordinated with the Foundation and external counsel.
  • The legal process around DAO-controlled assets still held by former DAO Committee members continues. We will report to the community on the steps taken as soon as the situation allows.

:credit_card: iOS In-App Purchases

This was the main operational workstream of April. After the Apple review meeting, the team agreed on a credits-based system as the way forward:

  • Users buy credits through Apple in-app purchase (credits donโ€™t expire, and there is no withdrawal).
  • Credits are 1:1 with MANA, priced with a markup to cover Appleโ€™s commission.
  • Credits can be used for wearables in the marketplace. There are no in-app marketplace transactions.
  • Daily purchase limits and a refund-aware markup are built in from day one.

Apple compliance target: early July. The work needs to land in June, and we are on track.
