Proxy issue while doing dcl init

I have installed SDK and created empty folder and doing

dcl init.

It is giving connection time out error while connect to github decentraland .

Please suggest how can we set proxy to dcl init

I confirm!!! This is some kind of horror.
Sometimes NOTHING JUST WORKS AT ALL
