We’re publishing the DCL Regenesis Labs – Q4 2025 Transparency Report, covering all treasury activity and spending from Oct 1 to Dec 31, 2025 (with treasury movements included through Jan 14, 2026 to capture Q4 obligations paid in early January).

This report includes an Independent Attestation Report by @maryana (Maryana Kovalchuk, MBA, CPA Candidate), designated by the DAO Council. Her attestation is reproduced in full in Annex B of the document.
What’s inside
At a high level, the report provides:
- A treasury snapshot of the Ops + Treasury Safes (MANA, stablecoins, and yield positions)
- Budget vs Actuals against the 18-month operating budget approved by the DAO Council
- A spending breakdown by category (Personnel, Operational Costs, Legal & Compliance, Project Allocation) and a Q1/Q2 2026 expenditure projection
- A summary of treasury movements (including diversification strategies and low-risk vault deployments), plus key financial highlights
Reporting timelines (getting faster)
We’re still committed to publishing these reports as fast as possible:
- The first report (Q3) took us almost three months after the quarter ended.
- This one (Q4) took us two months.
- We expect to be a bit faster with the next report as the process keeps stabilizing.

For continuous transparency beyond the quarterly PDFs, we’re now tracking spending and operations on a public dashboard
