[DAO: QmZzJbR] Should the marketplace add additional features for estate sales?

Buying and selling estates can be challenging. In particular since Opensea has no support for transaction on estates. To even place a bid on an estate using the DCL marketplace costs $75-$125 in gas (whereas bidding on parcels with Opensea, for example, is free).

In order for the continued growth of the DCL land economy, additional marketplace features should be implemented in order to make estate sales more accessible to users.

Should we add additional features for estates transactions on the DCL Marketplace:

  • Add additional search filters for estate size and cost per parcel. It could also be accomplished with sorting options, depending on whichever is easier to implement.
  • Show cost per parcel in the summary section of the search results (in the list view)
  • Investigate options to provide off-chain “bid intentions”- a way to gauge the interest of the other party in a bid before spending $100 on it.
  • Yes, let’s do it!
  • I like the idea but it needs some refinement
  • Nope
  • Invalid question/options
