Introduction
Hey, People. It’s LordLike from the Strategic Unit. Here is my third grant update.
Highlights

Worked on DAO Strategic doc. (WIP) Extensive analysis was conducted, both internally and externally. Evaluated our strengths and areas for improvement. Drafted ideas on how to improve the Platform and requirements/benchmarks for each grant category, as well as devised marketing strategy pathways and participation-incentives for the Community.

Financial Planning Session with core units and key industry experts in digital asset (Treasury) management, Karpatkey and Avantgarde Finance. In it we discussed with them the points of their financial proposal and best way to align it with our governance system.

Started the first round of facilitation for the working group “Safeguarding Measures”.

Next steps
The main objective for November/December is to introduce the Community draft of the Strategic document. Other tasks include wrapping up several governance initiatives and continuing to facilitate the Working Group “Safeguarding Measures” to explore possible ways to improve the Grants program.
