Scope & Responsibilities
The Council reaffirmed its strategic role: providing high-level governance and oversight, not daily financial operations. This includes approving budgets, reviewing outcomes, and ensuring accountability—without micromanaging individual invoices or payments.
Regenesis Labs - Financial Transparency
Members discussed the balance between community expectations and practical implementation.
- Council level: Full access to transaction details for quarterly reviews, with authority to raise questions.
- Community level: High-level budget reporting (e.g., “salaries,” “operations”), similar to shareholder reports
Wallet Security
To strengthen security, an additional wallet signer was added. Gino has selected and added Kuruk, the engineering lead of the R&D Team, to the address 0x2831F85FD5e5188FA484823f6E663eb069Ea2746 and has removed the secondary key.
Communications & Reporting
The Council agreed to improve community communication by moving from quarterly to monthly updates. These reports will summarize key decisions. Snapshot voting records will continue to be published for transparency in governance polls and/or proposals.
Community Engagement
At least one Council member will attempt to be present in town hall sessions to help address governance-related questions and engage more directly with the community.
Ongoing Proposals
The Council continues to support the ongoing proposals — the Community Veto and the DAO Committee Deprecation & Replacement — in favor of a governance model that is leaner, more accountable, and better aligned with the community’s mandate.
