Should the problem/opportunity outlined be refined and taken to the next level?
I don’t know why we can’t log in with polygon, optimism, goerli or others.
Don’t ask for network… Just grab the evm address…

I encounter this problem sometimes when I swap from testnets to mainnets…
The contracts are only in 1 Network, so the users would need to change the network when interacting with a contract or the developer should implement a metaTransaction. But I think it is still a good idea, not asking the user to switch network before its stricly necessary.
I think the issue is how we can integrate more chains like Polkadot, solana, and BSC etc, they have many potential users, and there is no mature metaverse product like DCL in these chains.
Shouldn’t be hard to get all devs to add chain:ethereum to each transaction…
Would like to see this be refined and hear from more experienced voices.

If someone from the DAO wants to try to create a pull-request for this on their own time, based on @pablo’s suggestion, the place to start is GitHub - decentraland/governance: 🏢 Governance platform of the Decentraland DAO (or perhaps GitHub - decentraland/governance-ui).
The title of the Proposal then has to become Don't Log out of other EVM networks until needed or Don't switch networks until needed.
I’m not sure how this applies to v2 yet but this was intended for the game login as well…
If you feel like trying to implement a metaTransaction as Pablo suggest go ahead, and don’t hesitate to tap into whatever support you can find in the community !
Else you can try to find a contractor and submit a Proposal on their behalf, but I’m not sure that one would pass, as funding would likely be required to get the feature effected that way.
