Blessings, DCL fam! Excited to share the journey of the past month with you. Here’s a glimpse into the moments that unfolded in February.
Highlights
Whimzi’s Debut at MoBeatz (February 4th):
Kicked off the month with the incredible Whimzi, our first female producer from Chicago, creating a mesmerizing beat during the MoBeatz event. Whimzi, with 12 years of experience in crafting genre-bending music using Ableton, showcased her alternative, electro-pop, rock, and hip-hop influences in a captivating live performance.
Social Friday at Vroomway (February 8th):
Hosted an engaging Social Friday event at Vroomway on the 8th, bringing the community together for a night of good vibes.
Monthly MashUp Extravaganza (February 13th):
Conducted the second Monthly MashUp, a unique event where we randomly selected songs from the audience to create distinctive mashups of two different tracks. The result was a night of spontaneous musical creativity and enjoyment.
Hootenanny Band Exploration (February 14th):
Explored the history of bands and their music at the Hootenanny event on the 14th, fostering a space for music appreciation.
Brandon Manus Takes the Stage at MoBeatz (February 18th):
Featured the renowned DCL favorite, Brandon Manus, during MoBeatz on the 18th. It was a privilege to witness his musical prowess as I provided him with samples to incorporate into his captivating song.
Decentraland Birthday Bash (February 20th):
Celebrated the 4th Decentraland Birthday and the birthday of DCL legend Canessa with an incredible birthday bash. Roustan’s custom build and Sinful’s organization set the stage for a memorable event, featuring a 2-hour set from me and a short performance by Soultry Dubs.
MoFyah Monday Continues at TRU (Every Monday):
Maintained the MoFyah Monday tradition at TRU, providing the community with a regular dose of musical delight every Monday.
Artistic Contributions:
Delivered four custom artworks throughout the month at MoFyah Monday, adding a unique visual dimension to the musical experience for all attendees.

Next steps
Bring more value to the community by putting on more events, hosting new guests and creating quality promotional MoBeatz content to draw attention to DCL.
