there is a major issue with smart wearables we have sent the update but the system has reverted it to the first update we ever done. Now we have updated the file again where it is less than 1 mb and it still is giving us a error of over sized file size. Also as we update the coding and make it optimized for the platforms requirments it still is in need of looking into. Is there a way we can connect with the foundation in helping us figure this issue out together.

We have 14 channels where all users are paying monthly subscriptions and this is a major issue as the network will not operate correct causing VTATV to have to reiemburst monthly fees out of pocket to all 14 channel holders who are promoting decentraland plus hosting events in dcl for brand awarness including foundational onboaring to the platform. please help XOXOXOXOXO thank u for your time and patience doesnt go unnoticed

Collection max file size is 3Mb.
Note that everything inside the zip is counted for total size: images, code, glb, and any other file. Have you tried reducing size for any of these elements, and create the archive again?

the total size unzipped is 1 mb

zip rules when you update it to the builder: if you still encountering errors with a zip < 3mb let dev look into it and i will let you know asap

my whole team is counting on this.
definitely need this VTATV v1.3 smart wearable to work.
it’s a big part of our over all strategy for onboarding our fans to DCL.
and to be honest, for what i have been building towards,
VTATV is one of the best breakthroughs i’ve seen since i joined DCL in 2021…
hopefully this can be fixed soon.
i was extra excited to start using the new updated version…

we need to play with it and see how we can use it to promote, so far VTATV has been a very effective bridge for us when onboarding people from web2 socials to web3 apps like DCL…
that goes for MRT as well.
anyway, DCL is home. so hopefully we can get back to building and testing out on boarding strategies
