Hello, so I went on builder and found that spot, it says “add” for me rather than edit. I tried to add the fixed version and it says file is too large. It is actually smaller than the original … any help appreciated thanks so much.

Hello, so I was able to follow your instructions and was able to upload, but I am receiving an error message that the file has more than 8MB.
When I check the file properties it says I’m slightly over 7MB. Hopefully a common issue. Thanks for your help. Much appreciated.

Hi I just want to add that I was also
able to upload the same file as a new collection, so I know it’s with in the 8MB size limit, just can’t add it to the current publish. Thanks again for your help.

Hey! Could that be, that you’re trying to add a representation rather than replacing the only unisex representation of the item?

LOL maybe…Not sure what that means exactly. sorry new to this. but Where your button says edit, mine says add.so thinking maybe thats it?

yeah been trying the pen icon and nothing I do works. keeps saying file Exceeds the 8MB limit, yet the file works as a new collection. Is there a way to remove the original?
