Hello!
Triangles limit for skin wearable is 5k triangles, you will need to add some overrides, otherwise reduce 3d models triangles count.
Also, thumbnail represents avatar hair and head, but I don’t think it’s actually possible to see avatar head with skin wearables. So you will need to update thumbnail and add overrides of all head positioned wearables like top head, tiara, eyewear, earring, hat, helmet, etc.
