Proposal: Add Speech Bubble feature for improving chat experience
Motivation: I think we need to chat seeing speech bubble of each other. current chat window is not that clear to chat and can’t tell who I talking with sometimes.

Wait wont it be worse if everyone’s speech bubbles appeared altogether during an event? Imagine trying to see an event from first person POV and instead staring at everyone’s bubbles
we can also apply distant effect. like the more clear to see bubble window the closer to users for that
