[DAO: Qmbq8Pc] Should channels for each grant be created on Discord?

Would be great to have a channel on Discord for each project that received a grant (some projects has more than one grant), so the team can post updates and the community can ask about the progress.

Would be a great way to have direct communication between Grantee and Community.
