[DAO:d2f2e3c] Should the VP threshold for governance proposal be reduced?

As stated. With the lacklustre participation due to the lost interest in the DAO, it seems that passing the final portion of a proposal aka governance is a mountain that’s difficult to surmount.

I propose to reduce the VP threshold required to 5m VP from the current 6m.

  • Reduce VP to 5m
  • Reduce VP to lower than 5m
  • Don’t reduce
  • Invalid question/options

hi @Monotributista is there any issue with the proposals? I’m unable to escalate this proposal to Draft

Mmm there seems to be something off yeah, the snapshot proposal is already CLOSED, but the proposal in the governance dapp shows as ACTIVE, instead of FINISHED. Probably something failed in the integration between snapshot and the governance dapp for this particular proposal. I’ll forward this to Regenesis team.

I can’t escalate the proposals now. But i can on other older proposals like the one below.

mm you are right, the latest proposals were marked as FINISHED, but not flagged as PASSED (even though they meet the threshold), that’s probably why they do not show th escalate button. I’ll ping the team.

My bad, only proposals with YES/NO outcomes are automatically moved from FINISHED to PASSED, this one needed to be done manually. Now you should be able to escalate.
