- Regenesis Labs has published the Q3 Transparency report in early December with Maryana independently attesting the report.

DAO Committee Deprecation & Multisig Handover

As of 5 January 2026, following the successful passage of the proposal to deprecate the current DAO Committee, two of the three existing Committee members have not yet completed the multisig handover.

In light of this ongoing situation, the monthly allowances for DAO Council members have not been distributed since November 2025.

Regenesis Labs has agreed to allocate funds from its resources to cover Maryana’s auditing services in the interim.
