Should the scene located at 82,-149 be removed from the Point of Interest list?

Description

I would like POIs that are not active or hosting at least one event a month to be removed.

A lot of Points Of Interest have been earned by the promise they would be giving back to the community.

I remember we visited this location on our ABCs tour one time, and from I remember (the twitch will have the facts), Hirotokai doesnt own the land and the land owner never took down the build, so I will vote YES for that reason.

Yes! This was a fun tour! Love the ABCs!

This is the main reason for the request to remove it.
