- User experience is really bad with the fluctuation of MANA price. If MANA shoots to $3, and a new user encounters a $300 price tag on a new name, that’s very off-putting. As @cazala mentions, the original price target was $5. @Vaporizador also raised this point.

- All the reasons behind the wearables fee denomination in USD also apply for this side of the market.
- The speed at which the DAO can change the price of NAMEs is too slow. Setting a price and forgetting about it leads to a leaner governance on the DAO.
- There’s no economic change on the DAO’s revenue – the fee is immediately exchanged to MANA.
- We’re too early to start prioritizing conversion of users to ‘think in MANA prices’. Agree that it should be the end goal.
