Should the scene located at 39,-2 be removed from the Point of Interest list?

I’m just going to put up every POI for a revote. Some have merit, and many do not, and I don’t want my bias to impact who is put up.
I invested a significant amount of money with Metaskins, and it turned out to be only disappointment. Yes, all locations, including this one, should be eliminated.
In an effort to make a non-emotional assessment of all POI’s I’ll be voting with the following criteria. I know many friends have worked hard to get their POI, and I don’t want anyone to feel hurt by changes to this system. However, it is time to create a new way of finding locations. If a person needs help to upgrade scenes to SDK7 please reach out, there are of people who would be willing to help you!
Criteria:
Is the scene functional? (Screens, elevators, and links working) I don’t think so, the first two floors look like a museum, but I can see levels above this. I tried clicking what looks like a teleport, and nothing happens.
Does it require a specific event to be utilized, or can it be interacted with 24/7 (an evergreen scene) This scene can be enjoyed by solo users or groups, at any time, no event needed.
If the scene requires a scheduled event, was the last event hosted in a timely manner? N/A
Does the scene hold valuable historical significance? MetaSkins have created many wearables through DCL history.
Weren’t they just part of the Fashion Week a few weeks ago. Why do I think they were interviewed or on a panel?
