I reviewed the model and @Saus is right, the mesh is identical to the model from Decentraland Games so it’s a direct copy and because of that i’m going to disable the collection.

On the other hand, you can do any suit that you want @Klockmann but please modify the design because you are leveraging Decentral Games 3d design work. Please modify - redo the design to approve again but it needs to be an original creation.

I respect your decision, however you are on one post with Decentral Games and another wearable creator, saying its not a copy when Decentral Games makes an diffrent Jester Hat in looks - but on this one its a copy.
Can you tell me what i need to tell to my designer, that did many modifications on the suit?
And i apologies to Decentral Games and @Saus, this has never been my intentions. I got it created, and i did this ONLY in good intentions - to create a normal black suit on the market!

That is a different situation, the meshes were different. Those are two original designs.
In this situation the meshes are exactly the same. No one has the “ownership” of suits in dcl because it’s an archetype. In that sense, you can do any suit that you want but it needs to be an original 3d design.

You chose to come into our discord to bash us and spread false information that the suit was not a direct copy when it obviously is. After explaining that multiple times and you still refusing to see the resemblance while tagging members. You don’t have any right to use our discord that way and shouldn’t be surprised you were banned for “being childish” as some would say. You could have posted those comments here as intended.
The fact you try to claim resemblance with the joker hat but refuse to see your own direct copy is frankly astonishing.
Ty to Shibu and the DCL committee for their commitment to doing the right thing.
You may want to recommend your designer to do more designing and less copy-pasting.

Im sorry, i got accused of copies and in my faith i had done nothing wrong on that timeframe. I bought these designs for 380 USD, to be exclusive made, so i was very mad when some random dude, i had never seen before claims its a fake. And when the whole DG team, goes on 1 man and with one word it gets declined, it just feels corrupt.
But after review i can see that the base model looks the same, as @Shibu reviewed, so i told my designer to get started fixing, and is actually really upset, cause this destroys my brand, image and got me banned from Decentral Games, when i thought i was in good faith.
Im just saying, Saus is coming to many wearable creators one week later after approval.
Im just saying it aint my fault, maybe the commitee should use more time actually reviewing simular items than just accepting, to avoid these base model mistakes, so buyers won’t loose money.
I did this in good faith, and i apologies. Getting them redone, but again i feel the way you guys tackled it Decentral Games was very unprofessional

But sorry for the breakout in your Discord, but again i was in good faith when i defended my wearables, and i still claim they do not look alike. But again, what can i do against Decentraland biggest contributers and a big money creator

Sorry to let u think that it is an other copy, I can understand your point of view if I look into the texture indeed, but the texture was recreated from a IRL photo I got from @Klockmann and this wearable is in the texture not different than the previous collection which had 1 black, 1 gold and 1 white. I was not aware of this collection you just have sent. I’ve checked the public repository and this collection isn’t there. So there is no way (i know of) to just grab the source file and duplicate it with a little tweak. I’ve spent a whole night and day to recreate the shape of the mesh from scratch to not mimic or duplicate the previous collection.
The marketplace is currently very saturated, multiple items are looking similar or “mimic” them. And yes, I believe the committee has to take this into their review as well.
Please share your point of view so we can work something out which is doable for both of us.
