I would like to emphasize that I do not believe my digital creation infringes upon any intellectual property rights. This work serves as a satirical commentary, highlighting the absurdity of these shoes existing in the physical world and reintroducing them into the digital domain. It is an expressive piece, reflecting on the nature of consumerism in today’s society.
Importantly, the digital item is labeled with “Mandi” instead of “MSCHF,” which ensures that there will be no confusion between my creation and the original product. This distinction further emphasizes the transformative nature of my work.
Moreover, I am not generating any substantial profit from this item. Despite having 241 holders, only 4 purchases have been made, which has not even covered the initial listing cost. As such, my intent is not to capitalize on the original design, but rather to create a thought-provoking statement on our modern consumer culture.
